Do you think short verses posted on social media are killing the spirit of literature? If not, why?

Short verses aren’t doing injustice to literature on social media. Rather, it’s creating more room for readers to think deep and read through the literal meaning of each caption given, so to attracts a level of consciousness or zeal in the cognitive pattern of the the reading audience.

However, narrow minded or shallow captions can be detrimental to the real coarse of the point or view of the intended literature.
